1. ANKLE SPRAIN: Injury that occur when your ankle roll, twist or turns in an awkward way. This can strech or tear the tough band of tissue ( ligaments) that help hold the ankle bones together. You may notice swelling, pain and limited motion at your ankle. Your pain increases on weight bearing on affected foot.
Swelling, brushing, tenderness, instability are the symptoms that stay prominent.
You can go with ice and stabilizing your ankle with compression garment and foot elevation.

2. Planter fasciitis/ Heel spur/ heel pain
